Todd Fisher - President and CEO

Todd Fisher is the president and CEO of Fisher Leasing.  He has over 20 years of experience in the leasing industry.  He belongs to several leasing industry groups and has been active in various industry associations for many years.

He worked for a regional CPA firm in tax and management advisory services and has experience in the commercial real estate industry. Todd is also a managing partner for Smashburger in Fargo, North Dakota. He is a former franchise partner in five Qdoba restaurants in North Dakota and Minnesota.  He has held board positions with area economic development organizations, national leasing industry association, and Hospice of the Red River Valley.

He attended North Dakota State University and Minnesota State University – Moorhead and graduated with a finance degree.  Todd serves on the Executive Committee and the Advisory Board for the Fisher Companies.

Todd and his wife Wendy reside in Fargo and have two grown children.

Dave Groshong - Executive VP and CCO

Dave Groshong is the executive VP and CCO of Fisher Leasing.  He has extensive experience in banking and finance.  He has served as CEO, President, Senior Lender, EVP Financial Services for a number of Midwestern and Southwestern regional and community banks. Dave’s background includes serving on several boards, senior loan committees, and risk management groups, including banking industry associations.

With over 30 years of finance industry experience, Dave is focused on growing the equipment leasing segment of Fisher Leasing.  He has expertise in leasing, lending, credit administration, and business development.  Dave serves on the Executive Committee and Advisory Board of the Fisher Companies.

He earned his business degree from Bemidji State University and is a US Navy Viet Nam veteran.  He resides with his wife, La Nei, in West Fargo.  Dave and La Nei have four grown children.

Roger Hayenga - VP of Leasing

Roger Hayenga is VP of Leasing and has over 40 years finance and leasing experience.  He has held management positions with various finance and equipment leasing organizations in the area and has been instrumental in helping grow Fisher Leasing since the company’s inception in 1988.  Roger specializes in fleet management and business vehicle financing and leasing.  He has experience in numerous industry segments.

He was formerly with the Wallwork organization in Fargo for 19 years as the fleet and finance manager.  He has served with FBS Leasing (US Bank) in a similar capacity for three years.  Roger is recognized as one of our region’s top leasing professionals. He attended St. Cloud University and is a U.S. Army veteran.  He has been active in our area softball associations, fast-pitch softball, basketball, amateur baseball, local exchange clubs, his local church, and the Maple River Golf Club.

Roger has four grown children, three grandchildren, and lives in West Fargo.

Bob Prowse - VP of Leasing and Fleet Management

Bob Prowse is the VP of Leasing and Fleet Management.  He has extensive experience in fleet vehicle management and vehicle leasing. Bob began his career in the television broadcast industry as a promotion manager and a director of creative services. He has been involved with fleet auto management at Fisher Leasing for the past 11 years and has proven to be one of the top fleet/lease professionals in the upper Midwest. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service coupled with a great attitude and strong analytical skills have allowed him to excel in finding the right vehicle at the right price for his customers. 

Bob has a life-long love of cars and has been restoring cars for the past 35 years. He and his wife Jackie live in West Fargo and have one grown son.

Lucinda Goetz - Business Development Officer

Lucinda Goetz is the Business Development Officer and started with Fisher in July of 2017.  Lucinda worked as the fleet/lease manager at a local wholesale auto auction for six years prior to joining our team.  Prior to working in the automotive industry, she worked as a legal assistant. 

Lucinda acquired a love of cars at a young age with a father and four older brothers in the automotive industry.  Growing up around classic cars and motorcycles, her love of things motorized pulled her back to her roots.

Lucinda and her husband Michael live in Fargo and have two grown children.

Dave Juve - Salesman

Dave has been around the car business most of his life, as his father was in the business from 1957 to 1996. Dave joined his father in 1975 and has been in this business ever since in a variety of roles: owner, manager, and salesman.

He attended college at the University of Minnesota - Crookston and Moorhead State University.

Dave is married to his wife, Mona.  They have three adult children.

Shannon Schwartz - Office Manager

Shannon Schwartz has 25 years of experience in loan and lease documentation, accounting, and vehicle titling. She has been with Fisher Leasing for 19 years and provides administrative support to our leasing officers.  She is responsible for documenting all leases and loans originated at Fisher Leasing and administering to the Fisher lease portfolio.  Shannon oversees all aspects of the lease process with our company.

Shannon is a graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College with a degree in accounting.  She enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with her family.  She is married to Carl and resides in Fargo.

Rachel Schaub - Lease Operations Assistant

Rachel Schaub is the Lease Operations Assistant and started with FF Fisher in April 2017.

Rachel was born and raised in Crookston, MN.  She moved to Fargo 13 years ago.  Prior to joining FF Fisher, Rachel worked as an operations assistant for a trucking company for three years.  Rachel was also an office manager for a local chiropractic office for 10 years.

Rachel has three children and lives in West Fargo.

Kaci Croaker - Sales and Leasing Operations

Kaci Croaker is our Sale’s Assistant and does the Accounts Payable for Fisher Sales and Leasing.  She came with over 13 years in the banking industry and has been with Fisher for over 2 years. 

Kaci and her husband live on a farm near Kindred. She enjoys spending time at their lake home during the summer with family and friends.  She enjoys hanging out on the pontoon in the summer and sitting in their deer huts in the fall.

Fay Fisher - Company Founder


Fay Fisher is our company founder.  Fisher Leasing was incorporated in December 1988 and wrote its first lease in January 1989.  As an independent leasing company providing vehicle and equipment leasing products, Fay provided the vision for Fisher Leasing.  Fay has been in the finance and leasing business for over 50 years and has extensive industry experience.

He is a former executive VP of FBS Leasing (US Bank) and a VP and manager with Wallwork Lease and Rental for over 20 years. Fay is a graduate of North Dakota State University and a NDSU Development Foundation Board Member in addition to being active on other boards and organizations.

Fay is married to Peggy and resides in Fargo.  He also spends time at his Minnesota lake home and Arizona.

Jim Renner - Advisory Board Member


Jim Renner is an active member of the Fisher Companies Advisory Board and has extensive expertise helping financial institutions succeed in equipment leasing and finance markets. Jim was president of First Bank System Leasing and later joined Northwest Equipment Finance, which later changed names to Wells Fargo Equipment Finance.  During his 15 years as president of Wells Fargo Equipment Finance and its forerunner, Northwest Equipment Finance, Jim led the growth of its leasing portfolio from $530 million to $7.5 billion, establishing Wells Fargo as one of the largest bank leasing companies in North America.

Based in Florida and Minneapolis, Jim is well known for his leadership in the equipment leasing and finance industry.  He has been active in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) for more than 30 years, serving on committees and as a director, vice chairman, and chairman in 1999.  He also has been a trustee, chairman (2002-2004), and national development chairman of the ELFA Foundation, which honored him with a special recognition award in 2005.
